FitForm League is a web platform that turns short bursts of exercise into a game for secondary school students. A student opens the site in a browser, chooses a movement such as a squat or a jumping jack, and trains for thirty, sixty or ninety seconds. While the camera is on, the system counts every correct repetition and shows a green label when the posture is good.
The product has three parts. The first is the AI layer, which runs inside the browser and finds thirty-three body points in each frame. The second is a small server that stores accounts, scores and a public activity board. The third is a set of game rules: points for each repetition, a streak for each day of practice, and a league table that compares classes rather than individuals.
Nothing about the design is expensive. The platform needs no special sensor, no application to install and no subscription. A school can begin with one tablet in the hall and add more stations later. Because every result is tied to a personal FitPass card, a student can train at school in the morning and at home in the evening, and both sessions count towards the same profile.
